RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

14-Day Return Policy

MINT offers a 14-day return period. This means that you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

After notifying us that you wish to return your order, we will provide you with return instructions.

Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect and try the product in the same way you reasonably would in a physical store. The item should not be used beyond what is necessary to inspect and try it. You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

Please include proof of purchase or your order information when contacting us about a return.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at contact.mintshopp@gmail.com so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are not affected by this policy.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers covered by EU consumer protection law generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period. You can contact us at contact.mintshopp@gmail.com.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within the applicable legal deadline. The customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or agreed by MINT.

Refunds

When exercising a statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund payments as required by applicable law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, does not have to be refunded where permitted by law.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, where permitted by law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
